Areas of expertise 

Almost everything can be analyzed and optimized using quantitative methods and statistical models. Our projects and customers are inherently diverse.

However, CQM focuses on two main areas of expertise. Firstly, we have a considerable track record when it comes to optimizing logistics, including the implementation of optimal processes within the supply chain in industrial environments and in transportation. Secondly, our expertise covers optimization of product and process innovations through the structuring and underpinning of these processes using quantitative models.
In fact, we gladly take on all issues that can be solved using quantitative models.
