Special projects

A queuing simulator for a call centre; the most efficient way to assemble components onto PCB’s; issues regarding employee capacity: in fact, everything that is quantifiable can be analyzed and optimized by CQM. Even if issues are beyond the scope of R&D and logistics.

We call such projects our Special Projects. Using our quantitative methods we solve all kinds of issues in all kinds of companies and sectors of industry. We specify the problems and chart the unknowns, potential hazards and influencing factors and then tackle the issue at hand using our fact-based, quantitative methods. This approach enables us to define the problem at hand and obtain a clear view of underlying issues.
