Ever since I started working at CQM (2003) every day is a surprise. Certainly in my position as an Office Manager. From assisting the managing director to IT support, from human resources to purchasing, from facility management to commercial support. Everything to ensure that the consultants can perform their work in a pleasant environment, but also to make the customers/relations feel welcome. Nobody is a number or just a name.
As a person I am enthusiastic, adventurous, (too?) direct, solution-oriented, averse to 'playing games', strategic, diverse, open and involved. In addition to my position as Office Manager, it is my passion to professionally guide people in their personal growth.
